THE BALANCERS I NEED HAVE A HOOK ON BOTTOM THIS HOOKS INTO CAM THAT THE WINDOW PINS WILL SEAT VIN AND ALLOW THE SASH TO OPN/CLOSE. THERE IS A PC IN THE WINDOW FRAME THAT HOLDS THE BALANCERS IN PLACE ARE THESE A STOCK ITEM?

I'm not sure if we have your balance. I'm having trouble visualizing what you described. Can you show me pictures of the balance itself? If I'm understanding your post correctly, then it will have to be custom made. If it does, then we really should get pictures to confirm exactly what you need.

Please remove an undamaged version of your balance from the window and show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, stamp, and whatever clip or shoe is attached to the end of the cord.
