2790 31 balance identification

Question

Hello. I have to replace 2790 31 balance. It is 28" length and it`s 24 lbs. Attached are the pictures. I guess I should use 2740, but which series? What is the difference between S350 and S385? Which one should I order? Thank you

Hello! I can't see a good angle of your top fitting, but it doesn't appear to have the same wings as your bottom fitting. With that in mind, the Series 350 would be the better pick. This has the 19-002 top and 15-004 bottom nylon fitting. As long as those are the same then you're good to go.

As for the stamp option, yours indicates a sash weight of 31 pounds. The 2740 option would be too weak to carry that kind of load. You should double check your sash weight to be 100% sure. If it is 31 pounds then you will need the 2760 option.
