It looks like you need a new tilt window channel balance. Yours looks like a match for our Series 770, but look it over and see what you think.

I would recommend that you remove the original balance from the window before you buy anything just to ensure that all details match up to our Series 770. Don't just take my word for it, make sure to give it a careful once-over to be 100% sure.

This certainly looks like the Series 770 that I mentioned. With a 28" long channel that would be our S770-28. For the stamp, I suggest weighing your stamp on a scale and then referring to the S770-28 weight chart for the proper option.

Gosh, I'm sorry. I must have had a wire crossed. I meant to write "weigh your sash," which is the glass panel that the balances support. Sorry again for the confusion!
