need window brackets. these are the codes on the back of track. i don't see them in your website. its 28inch long from medal to medal.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but it sounds like you need replacement channel balances. If so, we'll need to see photos of your balance removed from the window, including both ends and the pulley clip. From there, we'll be able to narrow down your options.
