27"window balance

Question

I have Milgaurd Non-tilt windows and are replacing the window balances, the 27" balance ( 1//2" wide ) is stamped
with the number ( 26 9 CR CALDWELL ) the exact model would be a " series 385 but unsure of the rating as the stamped number does not match any of your post numbers ?
