Thanks for posting, Joe. I see you were looking at our S390-28. Is that the correct Series? I'm afraid that without seeing what your nylon attachments look like, I cannot confirm whether that is what you have. Please remove your balances from the window and take a few pictures of those attachments for me to see.
I also recommend that you double check your metal channel length. Based on the stamp, I would think that your channel length would be 29", not 28".
Finally, the stamp of 28-3 usually corresponds to our 2830 option, which carries a window sash weight range of 16 through 23 pounds. Does your sash's weight fall within that range? You'll have to take your sash out of the window and weigh it to find out. Let me know!

Hi Tom,
I checked the balance and you're right it is 29 inches. I've attached pictures of the balance and have weighed them. There about 17 pounds. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for getting back to us. That settles the option! Now, I just need one last confirmation. Please look at the measurements for our 15-001 and 15-002 bottom shoes and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-1/8" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which measurement more closely resembles your own shoe?

Great! Thanks, Joe. That should be everything I need. Please take a look at our S351-28 channel balance. I think that will fit your dimensions a bit closer. Let me know what you think!
