I just returned the 28" series 385, 2750 and it was 2" too small as the original channel measures at 29".
Which on would you recommend?

Hello, thank you for posting,

We can assist with a replacement, but to further review, are you able to provide an image of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system? From there we can narrow down the correct series and sizing for the window. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S378, S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 378 has a 7/8" deep bottom attachment, while the Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 29" balance with a 2830 stamp option that can support a 16-23 pound window sash. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
