28 4 EP Caldwell non tilt 29" channel balance replacement needed

Question

need two channel balances for a no tilt window, channel balance marking is 28 4 EP Caldwell, metal length is 29 inches.  I can not differentiate top or bottom shoe by examples in your website.  Pics uploaded are top and bottom views (both front and side view)

It appears we only received photos of your top balance shoe and not the bottom. So, in this case, if your bottom balance shoe should measure 1", such as our 15-002 bottom balance shoe, then you should be able to go with our S351-29 channel balance. If your bottom balance should measure 1-1/8", our S390-29 channel balance would be a match. Whichever one you determine to be the replacement, both would use a 2840 option to correspond your "28 4" stamping.
