28 5 HR Caldwell

Question

It's a 29 inch metal channel that appears like 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. The stamp on the channel is 28 5 HR Caldwell. Will this correspond to 29" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE with 2850 option? I'm presuming that the stamp 28 5 HR Caldwell corresponds to 2850 option that corresponds to 28 to 32 points. I have not actually weighed the window.

Your description does sound like our S380 but our S385 is also very similar. The only difference being the depth of the bottom attachment. Take a look at the diagram below to choose the correct balance for your window. In either case, you will need a 2850 spring strength option for your balance. Thank you!
