28 5 IW CMC 11 Spring Window Balance

Question

This window balance comes from a 28# window sash. The window per the contractor was a 'Philips' and the home was built in 2004. The metal
frame is 29" long and roughly 1/2" x 1/2". What part #'s do you think
will match this balance.
