28" Channel Balance ID

Question

Hi, my window sliding mechanism malfunctioned due to one of the pulleys giving out. I need help ordering the correct replacement slider. Stamped on back is 2740 BSI OR (see picture).

Thanks for writing in. See our S351-28 or S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 2740.
