28" Series 770 Balance with a 15-044 clip?

A home owner from Pittsfield Massachusetts says:

Hi,

I am looking for a pair of replacement balances for a vinyl window. I looks like your 28" Series 770 Balance is a good match. However my balance has a clip like your part 15-044. It is also white which is not critical as I assume I could paint it.

Is it possible to order this as a special order?
