Well after opening for the first time in years due to hurricane caused power outage, the balance decided to call it quits.
white puck 17/32x1.25"
Its a MI windows series 450 /650/850 Balance.(obsolete)
9/16" wide
1/2" deep
stamped 28D B31 RL

Check out our S795-28 with a 28D option. It holds a 23 to 28 sash, which would be right for your weight. Does that look right?
