Hello - I'm looking to replace the channel balance assembly in multiple windows in my home that are all failing. I took one out which has "2740" etched in the side. A photo of the light brown plastic inserts on the top and bottom are attached. There are also some black plastic inserts at the top of the window that I would also like to replace (photo also attached). Ideally I would like to get the whole assembly pre-fabricated. Is this something you could help me with?

Thanks for posting. Take a look at our S395-28 Channel Balance. Please confirm that the bottom nylon shoe of your balance lacks 'wings' like the top nylon cap. You will need a stamp option of 2740, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 19 through 26 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
