Hello, I don't have a stamp on my broken sash, how do I know which one to purchase? And just double checking, the attachments do come included? Thank you

Hey, Justin. Balances like our S380-28 come pre-assembled and ready to install out of the box. If you don't have a stamp on your old balance, you'll need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart shown on the S380-28 store page.
