28 in. long x 3/8 dia. spiral balance

I have a older modular home(1994) with dual pane Philips windows. all springs need replacing or lubed. I do not see any name or marking on the balance It is 28 in. long with a brownish color plastic tip. this balance has a shoe type effect on the bottom.It is 3/8 in dia.

Can we see a photo of the bottom? Also, is this for a tilting window, or a non-tilt window?

this is not a tilt window. from the spring tensioner hole to the out side of this sweeping U shape keeper... is approx. 1/2 in. it is riveted on to the spring. my have found this on the web...

found it on swisco.com....ordered a S 306-28" balance and charge tool. hoping this will work.....
