Thanks for posting. It appears the bottom nylon attachment has 'wings', or side tabs, while the top fitting does not. Check another balance, perhaps the other from this window, just to be safe and to ensure it's not a case where the top tabs broke off. If indeed only the bottom has wings, then see our S350-28 Channel Balance. For a stamp option choose 2730.
