Need 2 window balancers. The metal measured 28", and is stamped "2730" on the back. Thanks.

Hey there!

We should be able to help with this. Before I make my recommendation for the balance, can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? I will do my best to assist from there.

Hi Emily. Thanks for taking a look. Here are pictures of the inside at both ends. Please let me know if those work. If not, I can try a different angle or something. PH

This is perfect, thank you! I recommend our S395-28 with the 2730 stamp option. Have a look at the specifications and let me know if you have any questions.
