2810 Window Balance

Question

the top looks like a 19-002, but I'm not seeing a shoe that matches what I have. The shoe measures 1 1/8 inch, so would I be able to use 15-001?

It looks like you need our S390-29 channel balance, which has a 15-001 shoe. You'll also need to find the stamp number on your balance or weigh the bottom sash of your window to determine the correct spring strength option for your balance. Thank you!
