Question

we need 2 different balancers
1. code 3230, 33" - 40 pcs
2. code 2820, 29" - 120 pcs

not sure about what type of shoe and top attached

Thanks for posting! It looks like you have either the Series 380 with a 1" shoe or the Series 385 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

For the 33" balances, you'll need to select the 3230 stamp and for the 29" balances you'll need to select the 2820 stamp.
