Question

Looking to replace window balance but having difficult time identifying correct replacement plastic end parts. Can you provide assistance and correct end part numbers. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at either our S351-29 or S390-29 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. The Series 351 has a shoe depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a stamp option choose 2820.
