I think I need a Series 351 29 inch Option 2830. They are coming off a Jordan Window, Could you please verify so I can order a pair.

Thank you for writing in. I do agree that your balance looks like our S351-29. You will need to confirm the measurements of your nylon fittings match up with ours, paying close attention to the 'depth' of the bottom balance shoe. Look over the diagram of the bottom shoe below for reference. If everything seems to match up, then you can go with our 2830 option that supports a sash weight of 16-23 pounds.
