2830 window balance

Question

Can you identify?  This is a 1980 construction, Viking window. I've sent 3 photos of one end, and 2 of the other end. Both balances broke several years ago, but I just discovered they can be replaced. I see on one, however, that it appears much of the plastic piece was either broken off upon installation, or cut off.  So, I retook my photos, from the one that appears to be all there.

Sure, we can definitely replace this. I would wager this is either our S390-29 or S351-29. The only difference is the depth of the bottom shoe (the part shown in your first three pictures above). I would look at the dimensions we show on our site then measure your shoe to confirm the better match.
