my channel balance measures 28.5" and is stamped 28 3 as shown in pictures. please advise

Hello, thank you for posting,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments.
Please double check the length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments. It should measure 28-5/8" long. Please compare as if yours differs, the replacement will not fit correctly.
How many balances are you looking to purchase? For custom orders there is a minimum of (2) required.
