Thanks for posting! There is a good chance we may be able to provide you with a suitable replacement for your channel balance but I will need to see a photo of an undamaged balance. I'll also need to see a photo of the shoe you mentioned. You may need to check the window for any attachments/compatible hardware that may have been left behind.
