Take a look and compare the specifications of your balance assembly to the S775-28 channel balance. 

Please note that these balances do not use pivot shoes. Assuming that the pivot shoe shown in your photos is for a different project, we would need to see another clear, close-up photo of the shoe and confirm the exact thickness to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!
