See our S795-28. You'd need a stamp option of 28C. Note that our balances attach to the top of the window jamb with a screw clip. If yours uses a hook instead, please let me know and show me the hole in the wall the hook attaches to.

Perfect, thank you. So your balance does indeed use a hook. However, because that hole is square-shaped, you should be able to use our 26-200 Screw Plug. Insert that plug in the hole, and then you can screw on our replacement balances. Let me know if you have further questions.
