This is my second request. Any help you can give me is GREATLY appreciated. I am trying to find these pieces for windows in my parents home. They are 75 years old and I am trying to get these windows fixed for them. Thank you!!!

Hello!

That's very nice of you to help your parents. This should be an easy fix for you. You'll need a custom Series 770-16 with our 15-044 attached to the cord. You'll also need our 15-216 pivot shoe. The spring weight option you'll need will be 16A.
