28C Channel Balance and Locking shoes for tilt in windows

Quick Learner from Ocean View, DE

The windows are vinyl double hung and are about 18 years old, they tilt in and have 28C channel balance spring assembilies. It seems the locking shoes have deterioted over time on a number of the windows and should be replaced. One the spring asemmblies is missing - so I like to get a new pair for the one window. As for the shoes to do the all of the windows about 24 shoes - suggestions please

Hi Mark,

Take a look and compare the S795-28 (28C) channel balance to your assembly to yours. Please note that the balance comes with a screw tab at the end of the pulley cord to attach to the window jamb. The 15-195 T-lock shoe that these balances come with is also available separately. Thank you!
