Window balance 28CUSB

Please help me to identify the correct part numbers.
This is for a double hang dark brown aluminum window.
The marking is "28CUSB", the metal part is 29-inch long (without the plastic part).

It's tough to say. It comes down to the nylon ends, and your bottom nylon end is too damaged to identify. You could have either our Series 390 or Series 351 but you will need to measure an undamaged version of your bottom shoe to know which one is better.
