I'm interested in purchasing new window balances as pictured, they measure approximately 28 1/2 inches and are attached with a single screw at the top.

Hi Vince. I believe this might be our S770-28, but go over all the specifications to confirm. Please be certain on the exact length--it should be 28". Many thanks.
