I am looking for this tilt block and tackle balance I guess the manufacture of the window is Heartland windows

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your balance uses the 15-043 terminal clip like our Series 770. Just note, this balance mounts to the top of the window track with a screw. Can you confirm how yours installs?
