29" channel replacement for non tilt window, 2830 stamped on it, ours were broken and no longer mounted properly. Thanks!

We can provide a replacement balance, but to further review, are you able to confirm the depth of the shoe as measured below? Does it measure 1" or 1-1/8". If it is neither of these measurements and measures bigger. Let me know to determine the correct option for your window. Thank you!
