Thanks for contacting SWISCO. I think we can help you replace these balances, but I'll need a little more information. Could you take pictures of the nylon attachments at both ends of the metal channel? And could you confirm that the metal channel (but not including the nylon attachments) is 30" long? Thanks.

Yes, the metal channel is exactly 30 inches with the plastic ends extending beyond.
The attached photo shows the two ends. The spring inside is steel with pulleys and string.

Thanks for getting back to us. Take a look at our S395-30. Based on your stamp of 29 3, you would select a stamp option of 2930, which is for a window sash weight range of 16 through 23 lbs. Let us know if this works for you!
