Hello,
I have a non tilt window that needs new replacement Channel balances. The channel balance that came out of the window sides are inscribed with '29 3 FX CMC 11'. Can you advise the best Swisco match for this channel balance along with top and bottom stops that get screwed into the window frame?

Hello,
We'd be happy to help but the stamp code does not tell us the correct replacement for your balances. We would need to start by seeing detailed photos of an intact balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Make sure to include both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord.
We'll also need to see photos of the stops that you mentioned if they are separate from the balance assembly to determine if we carry suitable replacements. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You'll also need 2930 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
