Question

I NEED 3 PAIRS OF WINDOW SASH BALANCES AND 4 TOP PLASTIC PARTS (I THINK THEIR CALLED CAMS) BUT I NEED HELP IDENTIFYING THE CORRECT PARTS TO ORDER. THE SASH IS 1/2IN WIDE AND 29IN LONG.

Since you have a Kinco window, I think you can get away with our S385-30 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top fitting and 15-004 bottom shoe, which is a little different than yours, but I don't think it will interfere with the function of the window. if it does, you could always clip the wings on the 15-004 shoe off. As for the top sash guide, see our 18-166 for a possible match.
