Question

Trying to identify replacement parts for this window.  The channel balance (metal portion) is 29 3/4? long, 1/2? wide.  Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for contacting us. Did you need just the balance, or did you need the top sash guide, too?

For the balance, can you remove it entirely from the frame and show me a photo of both nylon ends? I'd also like to see the metal clip at the end of the cord.

The top sash guide is similar to our 18-166 but I don't know what your dimensions are. Look over our measurements and see what you think.
