29 4 BSI window repair

I'm attempting to repair several windows. I am unsure how to correctly identify the caps or whether to replace the entire tension bar.

Thanks for posting. We can identify this balance for you, but I will need to see a picture of the top nylon attachment, as well. Your picture only shows the bottom. Thanks!

Perfect, thanks. This could be either our Series 380 or Series 385 balance depending on the size of your shoe. That's the only difference. Check them out and see what you think.
