Hey there,

Your balance assembly can be replaced with either the S380-30 with a 1" shoe or the S385-30 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To confirm which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of the bottom shoe (front to back measurement), rather than the measurement of the top attachment; see the diagram below for reference.

You can select the 2940 stamp option which will support a sash weighing 23 to 28 lbs.
