Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2950 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Hi. Thanks for sending me the replacement ballasts/weights. They fit fine. However, it appears as though I need also need new to top pieces similar to the one in the below photo. They measure 7/16 " at the bottom. Do you have this item (I hope)? Assuming that you have them, I need four.

The part in your photo is called a top ssh guide, which resembles the 18-178. Take a look and see how the dimensions compare to yours.
