29-5 HP5 CMC 85

Tried to order a replacement on amazon. It was not an exact fit and would not work. The metal bar is 30". The stamp on it reads 29-5 HP5 CMC 85. I would also like to know if the part pictured is good to continue using or if I should replace it as well while I'm changing the one that broke.

Thank you for reaching out to us! We can help supply replacements for this balance but it must be a custom order due to the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting. We also recommend replacing your balances in pairs. Pairing a new balance with an old one will cause the new hardware to wear out much quicker, so it's a good idea to replace them both at the same time.
