Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you have either our S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. I know they look almost identical at first glance but take note of the bottom fitting. Our Series 380 has a 1" deep fitting, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep fitting so you'll need to measure as shown below to determine the best match. According to your 29 5 stamp, you will also need the 2950 spring strength option.
