29-5/8" long S380

Using the videos, pictures & posts on your site, I am pretty sure I have identified the S380 as the balance I need for my Kinco windows. The measurements for the top & shoe are pretty much exactly what I have. My concern is the the length of the metal is closer to 29 5/8", not 29" or 30". Your advice is greatly appreciated.
