We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see the fittings attached to both ends of the metal channel, as well as the metal clip at the end of the pulley, to compare to our inventory. Please note that the stamp code in your photo indicates the spring strength needed to support the weight of the sash, but not the correct replacement balance. Thank you!
