A 30" balance with winged attachments could either be a S380-30 or our S385-30 balance, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. Measure as shown below and choose one. Series 380 has a 1" shoe and Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. Those balances both come in a "2960" weight option, for window sashes between 32 and 35 pounds. 2960 is very similar to your "29 6," so weigh your sash and see if it falls within that weight range.
