Please double-check the metal channel length, not including the nylon fittings on either end. If the metal channel is 30" long, then this appears to be either a S380-30 or S385-30 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. If the window sash weighs exactly 31 pounds, then use a stamp option of 2950, which will support a window sash in the weight range of 28 through 32 pounds.
