29" Channel Balance with 2840 Stamp

I need channel window balances and I am looking in your catalogue 29" series 350 channel balance. My old one is stamped 2840. Could you please advise if this correct and if not please advise the correct one so I can order.

I'm sorry, Mary, I am a little confused. Does your bottom attachment have wings? It doesn't look like it does in your picture.

Also, can you please give me the length of the bottom attachment, as shown in the above chart?

If you think it does not have wings I will go with your opinion. The lenght measures 1 1/4 inches. The width is 1/2 inch. Thank so very much.

Thank you for the clarification. Please take a look at our S390-29 Channel balance with the 2840 stamp option. I think that would be the closest match to your sample.
