Hi, just trying to order the correct channel guides. It's 29" long and the number on it is 2950.

Can you show us the nylon fitting on the other end of the metal channel? We need to see both for identification. Can you also confirm the metal channel length? A balance stamped 2950 usually has a metal channel that is 30" long. Please confirm. If the metal channel is actually 29" long, then it likely was cut down to fit your window. We'll need you to obtain the exact weight of the window sash that these balances support to confirm the stamp option you need.

Hi Bob,

You are correct the metal channel length is 30".

I'll attach a photo of both ends as well.

Perfect, thank you. This is an S395-30. For a stamp option use 2950 as your original balance indicates. Let me know if you have any other questions.
