Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the width of the metal channel? It looks like the 1/2" variety.

Assuming that it is, I recommend either our S390-30 or S351-30. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure yours to confirm the right choice.

As for the top sash guide, that's tougher to say. I think our 18-199 is close, but that's an educated guess. We have detailed dimensions that you can use as a reference. Let me know if they differ in any way.

The balance is 5/8s wide. The guide is 1 9/16s tall, by 9/16s wide by 5/8s deep.

I'm afraid we couldn't find a balance in this style that has a 5/8" width. Our 1/2" balances are the only option we have for you, but I think it'll be fine. I've seen your particular style a million times and our 1/2" balances have always worked.

As for the top sash guide, there are a lot of other dimensions that come into play aside from width, height, and depth. I recommend looking over the measurements we show for the 18-199 to confirm that everything matches. If it differs in any way, we need to know exactly how. Yours lacks a top hole, so you can ignore that, but everything else is very important.

The only difference is the width is 3/4 instead of 7/8s in the reference photo.

I believe this should still work for you. The difference in the two measurements is not that great where it couldn't work. Take another look and see what you think.
