Please identify the proper spiral balance for a 14.4 lb. window with a 3/8" diameter tube 29" long.

Thanks for posting. Can I first ask, is your window tilt, or non-tilt? This will help us determine your spiral balance Series.

The window is a Kinro #9750 Vinyl VS single hung window. It has has a bottom tilt, fixed top.
The pane is 28" x 30". It is a double insulated window with low E glass.
The pane weighs 14.4 lb and has a 3/8 diameter tube 29" long. It looks like it has a red spiral balance, but the color is so faded that I can't tell for sure. Thanks

Thank you for the clarification. For a tilt window, you should look at our S900-29 spiral balance with a red tip.
